Our
Story
Get to Know Us
Formed in 2025 by Jessica Lawton, Lily Housing Ltd was born from a deep commitment to supporting women and children who have experienced domestic abuse.
The name “Lily” symbolises hope, renewal, and transformation — reflecting the journey of the women we support. Just as a lily blooms beautifully after harsh seasons, our residents are supported to rediscover their strength, independence, and confidence as they rebuild their lives.
Based in Birmingham and expanding across the UK, Lily Housing provides Supported Exempt Accommodation designed to offer more than just a roof — we provide a home, a support network, and a pathway to a brighter future.
Our specialist services center around survivors of domestic abuse, sexual violence, expectant mothers, and mothers with children. Through a combination of trauma-informed support, practical assistance, and strong community partnerships, we empower every woman to achieve stability and independence.

About the Director
Jessica Lawton, founder and Director of Lily Housing Ltd, began her journey supporting women and children affected by domestic abuse through her family’s organisation. From an early age, Jessica was immersed in a culture of care and advocacy for vulnerable people — a passion that shaped her entire career.
She went on to earn a degree in Social Psychology, giving her a deep understanding of human behaviour, trauma, and resilience. After gaining experience in the corporate sector to strengthen her business and leadership skills, Jessica returned to her true calling — supporting women and children in need.
Jessica rose to become CEO of a Community Interest Company supporting survivors of domestic abuse, where she led teams, expanded services, and built partnerships across Birmingham. Her success in that role — and her belief that support should always feel personal, professional, and empowering — inspired her to create Lily Housing Ltd: a company grounded in empathy, excellence, and ethics.
Jessica’s vision is simple yet powerful — to raise the standard of supported accommodation, one home and one life at a time.
