All donations to The Lily Housing Corporation are final and are non-refundable.

All merchandise will be shipped using USPS, UPS or FedEx, per your choice.  You can choose express (overnight, second-day or Saturday delivery methods) or choose ground shipping with any of the three above mentioned carriers (namely, USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

If you choose to ship our products outside the US, an additional shipping and handling charge of US$15 will be added to the order.

All transactions in this website, including purchases and donations are in US dollars only.

With products, all sales are final, whether electronic (soft-downloadable) products or shipped physical products.  However, we do replace or exchange in case of “Dead-on-Arrival (DOA)” or defective products.  On receipt of the defective or DOA product, we will ship (or deliver) another of the same product at no additional cost to you.

No returns are permitted with electronic/soft downloadable products.  In case of defective downloadable products, contact us at:
