In almost every advertisement for builders, the Facebook and Twitter logos are staring back at you asking you to follow them or like them in order to learn more.  How a builder chooses to use these sites is up to them but they can easily enhance and influence a potential purchaser’s decision about where to buy a new home and give them a glimpse at what a builder has to offer.

On January 15, 2013, Menkes broke ground for a new landmark 35-storey office tower at One York to join the plethora of new buildings under construction in downtown Toronto.

The podium of One York will eventually tie it to the Harbour Plaza Residences, a pair of condominium towers rising to 62 and 66 storeys designed by Architects Alliance.  The podium uniting the components will feature 200,000 square feet of retail space and will connect pedestrians via a second storey PATH system extension to the Air Canada Centre, Union Station, and the rest of the PATH network to the north, while to the south it will connect to RBC’s Water Park Place III tower also currently under construction.

Harbour Plaza Residences is expected to be one of 2013′s hottest condominium projects.
